About Sintered Battery Filters and Frits
Our porous plastic discs are used in Stationary Batteries, Tubular Batteries, Inverter Batteries, E-Rikshaw Batteries, Motorcycle Batteries, Car Batteries, Solar Batteries, Stationary Cells, Deep Cycle Batteries and SMF / VRLA Batteries. Our Stationary Battery Filters and Frits are fitted into vent plugs, located in the containers of the batteries.
For over 30 years, we have designed numerous Battery Filters and Frits of various shapes and sizes, to fit any type of battery or cell. We now have a large clientele of battery and battery container manufacturers, based across India; predominantly in industrial hubs like Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Our Stationary Battery Filters and Frits allow hydrogen and other gases created in the battery to pass through and be released into the atmosphere. These gases are highly flammable, and in the event that they catch fire, our porous plastic disc will protect the battery by preventing the fire from entering.
