About Automobile Battery Filter Discs

We have decades of expertise in manufacturing porous plastic Filter Elements for Automobile Batteries. Our filter discs prevent malfunctioning of automotive batteries by allowing free and safe passage of hydrogen gas, from the battery into the atmosphere.

Hydrogen is a highly flammable gas; in the event that the hydrogen that exits the battery comes in contact with a spark or flame and catches fire, the zig-zag path of our Automobile Battery Filters will prevent the fire from reaching the battery.

In addition, our porous plastic filter discs also prevent the entry of unwanted solid and liquid particles into the battery which could compromise the functioning of the battery and negatively impact the operations of the automobile.

Our porous plastic discs are also completely chemically inert, and will not cause any reaction if it comes into contact with the battery acid or any other chemical.
